Y lo mejor: esta receta la puedes hacer en casa con productos org\u00e1nicos KUMI, sin conservantes y exactamente con los sabores que a ti te gustan.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 hacer tu propia granola?<\/h2>\n<p>Las granolas comerciales suelen llevar az\u00facares a\u00f1adidos, aceites refinados y aditivos que no necesitas. Cuando la haces t\u00fa en casa, controlas cada ingrediente. Usas avena integral org\u00e1nica, endulzas con la miel justa, y a\u00f1ades los frutos secos que m\u00e1s te gustan. El resultado es un desayuno real, nutritivo y delicioso.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes (para 6-8 porciones)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tazas de <strong>avena integral org\u00e1nica<\/strong> (la encontrar\u00e1s en KUMI \u00b7 secci\u00f3n Granola y Cereales)<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de <strong>cacao en polvo puro<\/strong> (sin az\u00facar)<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de <strong>miel de abeja o sirope de agave<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de <strong>aceite de coco org\u00e1nico<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de <strong>frutos secos mixtos<\/strong> (nueces, almendras, pecanas)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 taza de <strong>semillas de ch\u00eda o linaza<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Una pizca de sal de mar y canela al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Opcional: chips de coco, ar\u00e1ndanos secos o pasas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n paso a paso<\/h2>\n<h3>Paso 1 \u2014 Precalienta el horno<\/h3>\n<p>Calienta el horno a 170\u00b0C (340\u00b0F). Temperatura moderada: queremos que la avena se tueste lentamente sin quemarse.<\/p>\n<h3>Paso 2 \u2014 Mezcla los secos<\/h3>\n<p>En un taz\u00f3n grande combina la avena, el cacao en polvo, la sal y la canela. Remueve bien para que el cacao impregne toda la avena de manera uniforme.<\/p>\n<h3>Paso 3 \u2014 A\u00f1ade los l\u00edquidos<\/h3>\n<p>Si el aceite de coco est\u00e1 s\u00f3lido, derr\u00edtelo suavemente. Mezcla el aceite con la miel y vi\u00e9rtelos sobre los secos. Integra con una esp\u00e1tula hasta que toda la avena quede h\u00fameda y brillante.<\/p>\n<h3>Paso 4 \u2014 Al horno<\/h3>\n<p>Extiende la mezcla en una bandeja para hornear forrada con papel vegetal, formando una capa uniforme sin amontonar. Hornea por 18-22 minutos, removiendo a la mitad del tiempo para que dore parejo.<\/p>\n<h3>Paso 5 \u2014 El truco del crujiente<\/h3>\n<p>Este es el secreto: cuando la saques del horno, \u00a1no la toques! D\u00e9jala enfriar completamente en la bandeja. Mientras enfr\u00eda, se forma esa textura crujiente que hace tan especial a la granola artesanal. Reci\u00e9n fr\u00eda, a\u00f1ade los frutos secos y cualquier ingrediente que no quieras hornear (chips de coco, ar\u00e1ndanos).<\/p>\n<h2>C\u00f3mo servirla<\/h2>\n<p>Con <strong>yogur natural<\/strong> y frutas frescas es la combinaci\u00f3n cl\u00e1sica. Tambi\u00e9n va perfecta sobre un bowl de leche vegetal, mezclada con pl\u00e1tano y mantequilla de man\u00ed, o simplemente sola como snack crujiente entre comidas.<\/p>\n<h2>Conservaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Gu\u00e1rdala en un frasco de vidrio herm\u00e9tico a temperatura ambiente. Se mantiene crujiente y fresca por <strong>2-3 semanas<\/strong>.
